Agenda: Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) 2026
The Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPC) cordially invites all its members to attend the Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM), to be held on Saturday, 14th February 2026 at 4:00 p.m., during IAPCON 2026, in the Main Hall (Hall A), National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NI-MSME), Hyderabad.
All the IAPC members are invited to attend the same. The following points will be discussed:
- Welcome address by IAPC Hon. Secretary
- Address by IAPC President
- Playing the IAPC Theme Song
- Confirmation of minutes of AGBM 2024 held at Jammu
- Honorary Secretary’s Annual IAPC Report
- Treasurer Report (FY 2024-25)
- Treasurer Report (April 2025 – December 2026)
- Report of Editor in Chief (IJPC)
- Proposed Amendments in the IAPC Bylaws (Click here for proposed amendments)
- APM Annual Report by Secretary General, APM
- Important Points from the Discussion Held in Executive Committee on 12th February 2026 at Hyderabad
- Election of Office Bearers of the IAPC/Announcement of Results
- Presentation by the Organizers of IAPCON 2027
- Bidding results for IAPCON 2028
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
- National Anthem
